Conditions for Exchange
To give you a better shopping experience, Luxeny offers the option to exchange your product within 30 days of purchase. You must present the corresponding receipt (or exchange ticket) and meet the following requirements:
Legal Guarantee and Manufacturer Benefits
To use the Legal Warranty, in case of a product failure or defect, you must request an exchange, return, or free repair of the product within 6 months of purchase, according to the date on the receipt or exchange ticket, provided the product has not been damaged due to consumer misuse (Art 21, Law 19.496). If the product has a manufacturer’s warranty, that warranty period will apply if it is longer. All these periods will be suspended while the item is being repaired under warranty, and until the repair is completed. You must also present the receipt or exchange ticket, have the original packaging, and the item must not have been opened. If the product does not work as expected or is not what you wanted, this is not grounds for a refund.
A product will be considered faulty or defective: a) If products subject to mandatory safety or quality standards do not meet the required specifications; b) When the materials, parts, components, elements, substances, or ingredients that make up the products do not match the specifications claimed or the labeling; c) When any product, due to manufacturing, processing, materials, parts, components, elements, substances, ingredients, structure, quality, or sanitary conditions, is not entirely suitable for its intended use or for the use indicated by the provider in their advertising; d) When the provider and consumer have agreed that the products must meet specific specifications and this does not occur; e) When after the first time the warranty has been enforced and technical service provided, deficiencies persist that make the good unsuitable for the use referred to in item c). This right remains valid if a different deficiency appears than the one addressed by technical service, or if the same one reappears within the legal timeframes; f) When the item subject to the contract has hidden defects or flaws that make it unusable for its intended purpose. For these purposes, an item sold as a whole will be considered a single good, even if it consists of different units, parts, pieces, or modules, regardless of whether these can function independently. Nevertheless, for replacement purposes, it may be possible to replace a unit, part, piece, or module, as long as it is replaced with an identical one.
Refunds
The way your refund is processed will depend on your original payment method. If you paid by credit card, we’ll refund the money to the same card. If you paid with Redcompra or cash, you’ll receive your refund via bank transfer.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you still haven’t received a refund, first double-check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, reach out to your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at sac@luxeny.cl
Shipping
To return your product, you must send it to our address. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
