Available for addresses located within a 10 km radius of our service modules in selected malls. The option will appear automatically if your area qualifies for this service.

Approximate coverage by city:

Santiago: from Mall Costanera Center and Mall Plaza Vespucio
Concepción: from Mall del Centro Concepción
Viña del Mar: from Mall Marina
Temuco: from Mall Portal Temuco

Includes neighborhoods and urban areas within a 10 km radius of each mall.

Shipping cost: Calculated automatically at checkout, based on address and order volume.

📦 2. Standard Shipping – All across Chile

Orders outside the express delivery perimeter are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours and shipped from our warehouse in Temuco via Blue Express.

Estimated delivery times:

Metropolitan Region: 3 to 7 business days
Northern, central, and southern regions: 4 to 10 business days
Remote regions: up to 15 business days
